What are the shipping costs?
This depends on the weight, size and country. You can see this when you order and choose the country for to ship to. We can ship under the 30 kg.
 

How long does it take to ship?
This depends on the country. To Belgium it takes one day and the other countries would take a bit more time. We try to ship it in 2 days after the order. Please let us know if there is a hurry.

Can I return an order?
You can, but not with audio orders. You need to do this in 7 days after you have received it and send us an email to info@lucyschaaphok.nl

We don't return the money for the shipping costs.
